Dr Ashleigh Mc Callum

Dr Ashleigh Mc Callum completed her Masters degree in Chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg (UJ.)
She has a special interest in paediatrics and went on to complete the postgraduate SLP in Paediatric Chiropractic at UJ.
She was awarded the CASA Excellence Award for Best All-Round Chiropractic Student at UJ in 2020.
While completing her MTech Chiropractic she served on the Student Chiropractic Sports Council (SCSC) for 4 years and was the SCSC chairperson in her final year of studies; providing the opportunity to treat athletes at a variety of sporting events.
She went on to open her practice in Northmead, Benoni.
Dr Mc Callum is a part time lecturer and moderator for the Chiropractic Department at UJ, as well as a clinician at the UJ Chiropractic Clinic.
She also has experience in treating athletes at a CrossFit facility, as well as providing chiropractic care to residents of a retirement village.
Dr Mc Callum has a passion for people and health. She enjoys family chiropractic and absolutely loves her work, she not only has the opportunity to improve people’s quality of life through pain relief and increasing movement, but she is also able to share invaluable time getting to know them.
On a more personal note, Dr Mc Callum is married and is a mommy of a beautiful little girl. Family time is important to her and she cherishes every second she spends with them.
She grew up in Benoni and plans to remain a resident of our lovely town for many years to come.

It is the patient's responsibility to submit their invoice to their medical aid in order to claim back their payment.
